Promenade Wines wins bronze medal during Professional Wine Buyers competition held January 18, 2010.  One of only 266 medals awarded in a field of 2500 wines tasted. Salute!

February 2010 - This 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon limited release hails from a single vineyard on the eastern slopes of Napa Valley owned by Herb and Jennifer Lamb. The two (2) acre vineyard is planted to 95% Cabernet Sauvignon with a few rows of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot to create a classic French Bordeaux style wine. Bursting with the rich flavors of cassis, the earthy richness of the fruit shines through. Oak aging in 50% new french oak delivers balanced tannins with a hint of caramel and delicate spicy notes. 75 cases produced.
