2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Stag's Leap District

Balanced tannin with the flavors of both red and black fruit make this 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon memorable and satisfying. Grown in the tiny AVA of Stag's Leap District, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes struggle against the hillsides of pumice and nitrogen rich ash to create deep, flavorful fruit. It is truly Stag's Leap special terroir that generates fruit that makes this substantial and memorable Cabernet Sauvignon, a delight. Produced with fruit from the Steltzner Family Vineyard. 97% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc. 180 Cases Produced. Alc 14.25%
